Escape This - Heist

A nice thing about this room is that I think we all had something to do, and while I still don't know how everyone did everything, it came together well in the end. It is super nice going in with a group that you trust to just figure things out and to ask for help when they need it. There were some fun puzzles inside, and we did have a fun time getting out.

Theme:★★I think overall that the room did go okay with the story, but it was a little boring.

Quality:★★★Everything that needed to work, worked, but there were a few broken items (including one that we broke accidentally when doing something we had to do to win the room...).

Difficulty:★★★Some of these puzzles where tricky little things, and we really liked the combination of puzzles in the room.

Fun:★There was so much going on, there was never a dull moment.

Escape This - Pathogen

We got out of this room at 59:59 - talk about cutting it close! It got stressful towards the end, as we missed some of the more obvious puzzles and had to get hints on those. We also mixed up a few clues that got us to the wrong answer a few times, but were able to clear that up. We absolutely loved one of the puzzles in here and haven't seen something used in that way before, so that was a neat game to play.

Theme:★★★★Great idea, and great progression from beginning to end.

Quality:★★★★This was in really great shape, even things that in other rooms I've seen broken were well maintained here.

Difficulty:★★★★There were some super challenging puzzles in this room, and a lot of things to look for to solve them. The "how to" introduction was helpful, as we maybe not have gotten that on our own.

Fun:★★We had fun, but we also had a lot of frustration. There were parts that just led us the wrong way.

Escape This - Epicurian

We had a great time hear with the group we were paired up with (we always are a little hesitant when we get paired with kids, but this worked out great this time). There was so much going on in the room at times it was a little hectic, and we got a little ahead of ourselves a few times on the puzzles, but worked it out in the end. The concept behind the room is fun and a lot of the props are excellent.

Theme:★★★This was a good concept and had a lot of different ideas to support it, and many of the puzzles played together and really relied on the theme to help you get through.

Quality:★★★Some very neat things that have been maintained well (but I'd hate to be the person to reset this room after we demolished it).

Difficulty:★★★There were some harder puzzles in here, and some of the puzzles were neat in that they didn't just set you up to solve the next one.

Fun:★★★This was fun and we were able to split up and do different things, but the first puzzle we worked on took a while and wasn't all that fun. Later puzzles were much more interesting.

Escape This - The Society

This was a great time, even though we cut it VERY close for getting out (which is a trend for our escapes at this location). We got paired with two other groups to make one quite large group, but everyone got along great. There were some puzzles in here that were challenging and we missed some obvious solutions which could have reduced the amount of time we spent in the room. Also, we didn't always get the hints correct on the first try, so ended up having to redo a few of the puzzles a few times to get the right answers.

Theme:★★★★We loved the theme - a lot of things came together to make the experience complete.

Quality:★★★★This is very well put together, especially because there are lots of things that could go wrong and didn't because of how well done they are.

Difficulty:★★★★There were some easier and some harder puzzles that make up this room, but we missed many of the obvious things at first glance and had to come back to them.

Fun:★★★★★This was very fun - we had a large group and great interactions between the three groups that came together.
